| How does it work
The Smart-Mover is a hybrid of a micro car and a Motion Simulator.
Driver and co-pilot
are looking at an image which is directly projected to the wind
screen. The simulation
starts with a countdown at the starting field of a race course.
The virtual Computer Smart-Mover will be controlled
by the real Smart-Mover. Whether you
hit the gas pedal, move the steering wheel or push down the brake,
the virtual Computer
Smart-Mover will follow these commands.
The Computer Smart-Mover now starts the race and
whatever happens will have an
immediate impact on the real Smart-Mover. Like it’s Computer
pendant the real Smart will
pitch and roll, jump and shake analogue to the events happening
to the Computer Smart-Mover.
The Smart-Mover achieves an exiting driving simulation
with a realistic driving feeling,
amazing szenaries with an incredible 3D resolution. In the Simulation
there are 7 more
Smart-Competitors, which can’t wait to compete in the next
race.
With the 5 - Channel Soundsystem including a ground
shaking subwoofer they will feel
and hear the engines scream. They will also feel the dramatic impression
of rotating forces
and mass delay generated by force feedback actuators.
